Just to make matters more complicated from my point of view I live many hundreds of miles from the property so were unable to meet to discuss matters beforehand which could have been a problem with a disreputable company.
You were professional throughout; you agreed a price with me and stuck to it. You and your team turned up on time and not only worked their socks off but did it with good humour and a degree of sensitivity given the fact of the circumstances.
